CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets. It is a website coding language frequently used on virtual pet sites like Subeta for the purpose of adding or modifying backgrounds, cursors, page effects, etc.
Most customizations on Subeta (like on profiles and pet profiles) are done with CSS.
