Category talk:Items
From Wikibeta
Is this category supposed to contain information on all of the items (a la a database such as subetaDB) or..something else? I'd be more than happy to contribute to it,either way. I just thought it was worth clearing up, especially since there are already sites devoted to cataloging them. --Jigglygrlcarrie 19:04, 23 January 2007 (EST)
- Yes, this is going to serve as a database. I don't expect it to replace SubetaDB or anything, but it's a nice feature and worth having around, IMO. --Subewiki
- Sure. I definitely understand. Thanks for clearing that up! --Jigglygrlcarrie
- I mean, we may as well, right? All this database may as well be used for something. I think the more comprehensive Wikibeta is, the more useful it'll be. If you've got other ideas or had something else in mind, I'd love to hear them, seriously! --Subewiki
- May I suggest to list only items which are notable for some reason, e.g. Reborn Icewand of Doom which afaik is considered one of the most powerful weapons? Or Keiths Star Rod or something like that?--Demon 14:20, 26 January 2007 (EST)
- The problem with that is that "notable" is very subjective. --Subewiki

How do I add items on here? I'd like to help out :) --Shiva (sorry, I don't know how to leave the clickable sig)
- Edit the item article that you wish to add, and put this code at the bottom:
- [[Category:Whichever type of item it is]]
- For example if it were a toy you would put [[Category:Toys]]. Also to make a sig type ~~~ or ~~~~ if you want to date it. - Rizu 21:25, 9 March 2008 (CDT)
