Colors

Like many pet sites the pets on Subeta can be colored using various items that can be found in the Magic Box and the Millionaire Center. From time to time special items can be bought for $30 USD from the Cash Shop. They can also be bought from User Shops, Trades, and Auctions. Potions can also be given out in random events, be won from the Potion Lottery, and purchased from the Token Shop when in stock. There are also special colors that can only be gained through completing a quest or taking your pet to one of two Zappers.

Potions

The first way to change the color of a pet is to purchase or win a potion. There are currently fourteen different coloring potions that can be restocked from the Magic Box in the Main Shops area:

Chibi Potions can be bought in the Millionare Center for 650,000 sP as well as the Dark Matter Potions which costs 2,000,000 sP and sometimes the Potion of Purity which costs very little sP. From time to time Bloodred, Graveyard, Marsh, Reborn, and Spectrum Potions can be bought from the Token Shop for 550 Wizard Tokens each, as well as Nightmare Potions for 700 Tokens. Angelic Potions, Miracle Potions, and Miracle Potions II can only be purchased from the Cash Shop for $30 USD.

Potions are commonly accepted as the most expensive means of coloring your pet as they tend to sell for prices as high as 7,500,000 sP in Trades and Auctions depending on supply and demand. However, in some pet species potions are the only option when it comes to getting a specific color; for instance, if you wanted Cream Pherret you would need to buy a Cream Potion as there is no Cream Pherret Elixir. As long as the color has been released for your pet's species a potion can be used on any pet species.

Miracle Potions work differently than regular potions. A Miracle Potion allows you to color your pet any of the colors currently released for its species, minus Hydrus. A Miracle Potion II, however, allows you to keep your pet's current color while changing its species; for instance, say that you have a Dark Matter Kora and decide that you wanted a Dark Matter Keeto instead. Instead of having to buy another Dark Matter Potion on top of a Keeto Elixir all you'd need was a Miracle Potion II to do the job.

Elixirs

Elixirs are the more popular way of coloring a pet. Unlike the potions that only change the color of your pets, elixirs are used to change both the color and species. For example, if you want your pet to be a Dusk Montre but it is currently a Common Feli, using a Dusk Montre Elixir on it will change both color and species. All elixirs can be bought from the Magic Box and cover most colors and species. Certain species, like the Pherret and Antlephore, have incomplete elixir sets. Dark Matter, Reborn, Spectrum, Angelic, and Hydrus are the only colors not available in an elixir form.
