Frozen

When a member's account is suspended, it is said to be frozen or iced.

Users can be frozen for a variety of reasons, but it is usually for having too many warnings or for otherwise committing a serious violation of the rules. It is against the rules to talk about frozen members in the forums or Shoutbox.
