Who is Oi?
Previously robotoi, Oi (pronounced o-y; As in "Boy") is a member and former artist and minimod on Subeta. She is an eighteen-year-old female, though sometimes a robot too. Other nicknames include: Oister, Oi-bear, Oi-bot, Toi, Robertoi, etc. The original name robotoi derives from a love of robots and her nickname, Oi, which she couldn't possibly tell you the origin (Oi has just been her nickname for years). Robotoi is sort of a play on words, being either robot-oi or robo-toi.
As a Member
Having joined August 6th, 2005, Oi has been an avid Subeta player since, spending a large portion of her time collecting strange items, chatting with fellow members, haunting the staff forums like some diseased bat creature, or drawing for the site. Once a shoutbox regular, she is now content with lurking, popping in on occasion to terrorize its inhabitants. Oi also frequents the IRC, though is usually lurking in there as well. She is a rabid plushie collector (you've probably seen her complaining to DebiLee), and has a multitude of other collections, of which there are to many to name.
She was accepted as a staff artist a few months after joining the site, though had a break from her staff duties that lasted about half a year before rejoining the team in late December, 2006. Some of her earlier items include: Spooky Matter, Mallarchy Plushies, and Skelly Quill. Some of her new released items are: Kerubi Tail redraws, Emo Mushroom and Kamikaze Wasabi. She was also responsible for the color choices behind the Spectrum pets.
She no longer holds an artist or minimod position.
