Pinstripe Bill is a Subeautique clothing designer for Human Avatars. His lines are more masculine in nature, but some items, like the Pinstripe Bill Bullet Rave Pants, are popular with girls as well. His clothes tend to feature stripes and dark, muted colors. INversiTLE is the creator of and artist behind Pinstripe Bill.

Pinstripe Bill is the only Subeautique designer whose outfits have not been fully wearable upon release.
Pinstripe Bill was also among the first bunch of Subeautique designers to be discontinued. Although the current lines will still stock, no new Pinstripe Bill clothing will ever be released. This is because the artist responsible for Pinstripe Bill is no longer a member of the Subeta Staff.
