These are the rules for the shoutbox, taken verbatim from the Subeta website.

Shoutbox Rules

These rules apply to ALL shoutboxes.

1. The Subeta Terms and Conditions apply completely. That means:

• Profanities, vulgar language, or any other such offensive language is punishable.
• Talking about/advertising other petsites will lead to warnings.
• Do not harass your fellow users for whatever reason you so feel they might deserve.
• Do not ask for help with or give answers/strategies for Subeta games.
• NO BEGGING.
• Posts must be in made solely in English. This is not to inconvenience our international players, but to ensure that the shoutbox remains safe and appropriate at all times.
• Do not disrespect and/or disobey staff.

2. Posts made solely for the purpose of showing off restocked items belong in the restock accomplishments forum, not the shoutbox.

3. There will be no SPAM (Stupid, Pointless, Annoying Messages), such as excessive smiley faces, repeated one-word messages and all else falling within this category. This also goes along with stretching the shoutbox, which means elongating your words so that a scroll bar appears at the bottom. Ditto for images.

4. Posting your messages in all or excessive capitalized letters is prohibited as always, and that goes for AlTeRnAte CaPs, as well. Please avoid using other forms of chatspeak, too. Chatspeak is anything like u, r, k, thx, ppl, any1... and the likes.

5. Do not attempt to bold or italicize your text, or alter it in any other such way as to make it more conspicuous. The exception to this would be a staff member performing a verbal reprimand.

6. As with the Forums, do not discuss frozen users or warnings.

7. Do not use any type of code besides the sCode.

8. Do not advertise your trades, shop, auctions, cults, forum threads, etc. here. There is an Advertising board made specifically for that purpose. Also do not ask for other people to bring up items they have for sale, trade, etc. This includes the sale of Gold Accounts!

9. Do not copy and paste others' posts into your own; this will be viewed (and punished) as spamming.

10. Do not roleplay in the shoutbox; there is an entire area of the forums devoted to this. You can also RP over sMail. If you want real-time, there is always #SubetaRP in the IRC Chat.
